These terms cover our business website. Your agreed platform services, pricing and onboarding belong in a separate business agreement.
01Who these terms are for
YNOW is a platform for businesses building and operating telehealth brands. This website introduces the platform and lets prospective business customers discuss their requirements. It is not a patient portal, a pharmacy storefront or a place to receive medical care.
‘You’ means the person using the website. If you request services on behalf of a business, you must be authorized to represent that business. Merely browsing this website does not enroll your business in paid services.
02Website information and your agreement
These website terms are separate from a customer services agreement, order form, statement of work, data processing agreement or business associate agreement. Where relevant, those documents will set out the services, responsibilities and commercial terms agreed with your business. If there is a conflict about contracted services, the applicable signed agreement controls that subject.
A website description, demonstration or sales conversation does not by itself establish a service commitment. Confirm the capabilities, integrations and responsibilities you need in your written scope before relying on them.
03Consultation, pricing and onboarding
Getting started with YNOW begins with a conversation. We discuss your business, intended markets, operating requirements and proposed setup before agreeing pricing and a custom onboarding plan. Submitting an inquiry does not create an account, book a confirmed appointment or commit either party to a purchase.
Any fees, billing schedule, minimum commitments, cancellation rights, refunds, service levels and implementation milestones must be set out in the applicable proposal and agreement. This website does not offer a standard subscription price, free trial or guaranteed launch date.
04Commerce and care have different roles
YNOW’s platform scope brings together basic commerce and order management, payments, subscriptions, basic analytics, a clinician network and pharmacy fulfillment through API connections. The precise services and connections available to a customer depend on the agreed setup.
Clinical assessment, prescribing and treatment decisions are made by the relevant licensed clinicians. Pharmacy dispensing and fulfillment are handled by the relevant pharmacy under its applicable responsibilities. A payment, order or recurring subscription does not establish clinical eligibility or guarantee a prescription, refill, dispensing decision or delivery date.
The roles of YNOW, your business and any clinical, pharmacy or payment partners must be confirmed in the relevant agreements. Nothing on this website transfers a professional’s clinical judgment to a commercial operator.
05No medical advice or patient service
Content on this business website is general platform information. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, a treatment recommendation or a substitute for speaking with a qualified healthcare professional. Website access and business inquiries do not establish a clinician-patient relationship.
Do not use this website for urgent care or to send patient records, prescriptions or sensitive medical information. Patients should contact their own care provider through the appropriate patient channel. For an emergency, contact local emergency services.
06Accurate information and responsible use
Please provide accurate business contact information and only share material you are entitled to disclose. Keep patient information, payment card details and account credentials out of the general inquiry form.
When discussing a proposed operation, identify the markets, services and integrations you intend to use so that suitability and responsibilities can be assessed. A platform connection does not, on its own, establish that a business may offer a treatment in a particular location or make a particular advertising claim.
07Acceptable use of the website
You may use the website to learn about YNOW and make legitimate business inquiries. You must not:
- Use it for unlawful, fraudulent or deceptive activity, or impersonate another person or organization.
- Attempt unauthorized access, bypass security controls, introduce malicious code or interfere with normal operation.
- Send spam or submit information that infringes another person’s privacy or rights.
- Use automated requests in a way that materially disrupts the website or extracts restricted information.
- Present YNOW’s illustrative interfaces or marketing content as proof of your own customers, results or regulatory status.
We may restrict access that threatens security, disrupts the website or violates these terms. Any suspension of contracted platform services is governed by the applicable customer agreement.
08Content, brands and your materials
YNOW’s website design, original text, illustrations, software and brand assets are owned by YNOW or used with permission. You may view the website and share links for legitimate informational purposes. Other use must respect applicable intellectual property rights and any permission provided by the relevant owner.
References to third-party products or services do not imply their endorsement of YNOW. You retain ownership of materials you submit. You permit us to use those materials as needed to respond to your inquiry or carry out a separately agreed evaluation; submitting an inquiry does not give us a general right to advertise your brand.
09Demonstrations and availability
Product scenes on this website are illustrative. Sample orders, statuses and charts are examples, not live patient information, customer results or performance guarantees. They may simplify a workflow to explain the product.
Features, supported connections and service availability can change. Confirm current support for your intended markets and requirements with our team. Roadmap discussions are not commitments unless expressly included in an agreement.
10Third-party services and links
We may link to external websites or use a third-party scheduling service. Those services have their own terms and privacy practices. Review them before sharing information or completing a transaction.
A link is provided for its stated purpose and is not a guarantee of the third party’s content or availability. Terms for clinical, pharmacy, payment and other integrated services will depend on the relationships agreed for your platform setup.
11Privacy and business inquiries
Our Privacy notice explains the scope of website information handling. This website is not the designated channel for patient data.
Submitting an inquiry does not constitute blanket consent to unrelated marketing, text messages or processing of health information. Any additional permissions required for a particular use must be handled separately.
12Website limitations and your rights
We aim to keep website information useful and accurate, but it may contain errors or become out of date. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the informational website is provided as available, without a promise of uninterrupted access, error-free content or fitness for a particular business purpose. Confirm material details with us before making a business decision.
Nothing in these terms excludes a liability or right that cannot lawfully be excluded. Any warranties, remedies and allocation of liability for paid platform services belong in the customer agreement.
13Updates and applicable law
Changes will apply as permitted by law and will not silently amend an existing customer agreement. Material changes requiring notice or agreement must follow the applicable process.
