About YNOW
What does YNOW do?
YNOW is the platform for telehealth brands. It gives your brand everything it needs to sell, prescribe, ship and retain on one connected platform: storefront, medical assessment, checkout, clinician review, pharmacy fulfillment, subscriptions, customer support and marketing tracking. Your brand stays up front with your customers. YNOW runs everything behind it. See the platform
Who is YNOW for?
Two kinds of teams. Founders launching a telehealth brand who want to go to market fast without stitching together a dozen tools. And operators of existing telehealth brands who have outgrown a patchwork of store, quiz tool, subscription app, payment providers, doctor network and support desk.
Why one platform instead of separate tools?
Separate systems don’t talk to each other properly. That leads to double charges, orders stuck between systems, subscriptions that bill at the wrong time, customers charged before a doctor has approved them and health data leaking into marketing tools. YNOW replaces that patchwork with one platform where every part of the order is connected.
Is YNOW already in use?
Yes. YNOW already powers live telehealth brands in the Philippines, in men’s health and weight loss.
Will my customers see YNOW or my brand?
Your brand. Customers shop on your own website, in your own look, and can use your own native iOS and Android app. YNOW runs everything behind it.
Can I run more than one brand or market?
Yes. Run several brands, each in several countries, from one place. Each brand sets its own colors, fonts and logo. Write a product, quiz or treatment page once and adjust the wording per brand or market, while the clinical content stays locked and consistent.
Is YNOW a Shopify plugin?
No. YNOW is its own platform for telehealth brands, not a plugin for another store. The storefront, checkout, subscriptions, clinician review, pharmacy handoff and support are built to work together around each order.
Can YNOW connect to the tools I already use?
Connect your own doctors or a partner clinical network through one standard connection. Payments run across multiple payment processors. Conversions go to Meta, TikTok, Reddit, Google, GA4 and PostHog, and email marketing connects to Customer.io. Bring a list of your current systems and we’ll talk through the rest.
Are the orders and dashboards on this site real?
No. They are illustrative examples of how YNOW shows orders, subscriptions and daily activity. They are not live patient records, customer results or promised performance.
Orders and payments
How does an order work, from start to finish?
A customer lands on your website and takes a short medical quiz, one question per screen, with built-in safety rules. They sign up with their email and a 6-digit code, with no passwords, get a recommendation priced clearly and check out by card or e-wallet. The card is held, not charged. After a short medical intake with ID, consent and signature, a clinician decides. Approved orders go to the pharmacy and ship with tracking updates, and refills renew each cycle.
When is the customer’s card charged?
Only after a clinician approves. At checkout the card is held, not charged. If the clinician approves, the payment goes through. If not, the hold is released or the money refunded. Money never moves before a doctor approves.
Can a customer be charged twice?
YNOW is built so a payment can only ever be taken once. Charged once, never twice.
Which payment methods can customers use?
Cards and e-wallets, including GCash in the Philippines, across multiple payment processors. Card details are entered in the payment provider’s secure fields and never touch your servers. The processors you use, and how refunds and disputes are handled, are agreed for your setup.
How do subscriptions work?
Refills run on autopilot: the subscription renews each cycle. Customers can pause, skip, reschedule or change their plan themselves, on the web or in your brand’s own app. When a payment fails, smart retries run automatically, and your team gets a clear recovery queue with one-click payment links. Memberships and care plans run alongside treatment.
Does a subscription renewal approve a refill?
No. A subscription renewal does not approve treatment. Every order goes to a licensed clinician before any money moves. Approval is always the clinician’s decision, and payment never guarantees a prescription.
Clinicians and pharmacy
Who makes clinical decisions?
Licensed clinicians do. Every order goes to a licensed clinician before any money moves, and approval is always the clinician’s decision. At checkout the card is held, not charged. Payment never guarantees a prescription.
Can I use my own doctors?
Yes. Plug in your clinic: connect your own doctors or a partner clinical network through one standard connection.
How does pharmacy fulfillment work?
Approved orders go straight to the pharmacy. Each order is packed and checked before dispatch, and customers get shipping updates with tracking.
What happens after an order ships?
Care continues. Customers have care chat, progress check-ins and at-home lab tests reviewed by a doctor, and their refills renew each cycle.
What about licensing and credentialing?
Every order is reviewed by a licensed clinician, whether your own doctors or a partner clinical network. The licensing and credentialing your markets require are part of the conversation when you get started.
Can patients contact YNOW here for treatment or order support?
This website is for business inquiries. Patients should contact the telehealth brand they ordered from, through that brand’s own support channels. Please don’t send medical questions or patient records through the YNOW forms.
Support and growth
How does customer support work?
Requests, web chat and email arrive in one support inbox, with each customer’s full history alongside. A knowledge base holds the answers and policies your team, and the AI assistant, can rely on.
Does AI answer customers on its own?
No. An AI assistant drafts replies, and a person reviews and sends every one. Medical questions are routed to a clinician automatically. Machines gather and draft. Doctors decide.
What can I see in reporting?
Your daily brief shows sales, orders, new customers and active subscriptions at a glance, compared with the previous period. Payment analytics show approval rates, payment methods and decline reasons.
Does YNOW include marketing tools?
Yes, built to keep health data out. Conversions are sent to Meta, TikTok, Reddit, Google, GA4 and PostHog, consent-aware and without health data. Email marketing connects to Customer.io, with no clinical content in marketing messages.
Data protection
How is health data protected?
By design. Medical information is kept separate from commerce and marketing data, walled off in the database itself, and never sent to marketing tools. Each region runs separately, so customer data stays in its own region.
Who can see what in my account?
Each team member gets a role. Owners, admins, catalog managers, support agents, finance and form builders each see only what they need. A full audit trail records every change: who, what and when. Our support team can only enter your account with time-limited access you approve.
What about HIPAA and US privacy?
For the United States, which is launching soon, YNOW is built with HIPAA-aligned safeguards and privacy safeguards designed for US health data. A platform alone does not make your business compliant. The agreements and safeguards your setup needs in each market are worked through with your team.
What happens to information I put in the contact form?
When you submit the contact form, your details are sent to the YNOW team at hello@ynow.com and stored securely so we can respond. Share business information only, never patient or medical details. Read the privacy notice
Do the website terms replace my business agreement?
No. The website terms address use of this informational site. Platform scope, pricing, onboarding, service commitments and relevant data arrangements belong in the agreements for your business. Read the terms
Markets and categories
Which markets does YNOW support?
The Philippines is live today, with local currency, VAT, local invoicing and e-wallet payments. The United States is launching soon, with US clinical networks and privacy safeguards designed for US health data. Each region runs separately, so customer data stays in its own region.
Which treatment categories can I launch?
YNOW starts with weight loss (GLP-1), sexual health (ED) and hair loss. Longevity and at-home lab testing follow.
What does it take to add a treatment area?
Adding a treatment area means adding rules, not new integrations. Build the medical quiz with branching logic and safety rules, then test it as a patient before going live.
Pricing
How do I get pricing?
Pricing is shared once you get in touch. Tell us about your brand, your categories and your markets, and we’ll talk through the setup and pricing that fit. Get pricing
What will my proposal include?
The platform scope for your brand, the connections you need, the onboarding work and the commercial terms. Ask us to show YNOW’s charges separately from any clinical, pharmacy, payment processing or other third-party charges, and which party bills each one.
Are there standard contract lengths, cancellation fees or refunds?
We don’t publish standard terms on this website. Commitments, cancellation rights, refund rules and billing are agreed in writing before you sign or pay.
Can I create an account right away?
No. Each brand is set up together with our team, so you start with a conversation about your brand, scope and pricing. There is no self-service signup.
Getting started

Can I launch a new brand with YNOW?
Yes. YNOW is built for founders who want to go to market fast without stitching together a dozen tools. Set your colors, fonts and logo, build your medical quiz and connect your clinicians and pharmacy, all on one platform. Explore solutions for new brands
Can I bring an existing brand?
Yes. If your brand has outgrown a patchwork of store, quiz tool, subscription app, payment providers, doctor network and support desk, YNOW brings it into one platform. Bring an overview of your current systems, and we’ll plan the move with you. Explore solutions for existing brands
How would moving an existing business work?
We start with a review of your current systems, data and dependencies. Together we agree what moves, how it is transferred and tested, and a transition plan before any live workflow changes. Please don’t send patient exports through the website forms.
How long does it take to launch?
It depends on your brand, your markets and the connections you need. YNOW is built so you don’t have to stitch together a dozen tools, and adding a treatment area means adding rules, not new integrations. We agree a timeline with you when we plan onboarding.
What does onboarding involve?
We map your brand, categories, markets and connections, then agree the configuration, responsibilities and testing before you go live. You can test your medical quiz as a patient before it goes live.
Can you guarantee a launch date or revenue result?
No. We don’t promise launch dates or business results on this website. Dates and deliverables are confirmed in your onboarding plan.
What should I prepare for the call?
A short description of your brand, whether you’re launching or already operating, the categories and markets you have in mind, and your main questions. A website or a list of current systems helps, but you don’t need a finished plan.
Still have a question?
Tell us about your brand and we’ll take it from there.
